I love this gym!! Enrique is amazing. The equipment is in great condition. I never have to wait during my workout. This is the cleanest gym that I have been in since I started working out long ago. Even the bathrooms are clean. Enrique fosters a friendly atmosphere. I have been able to achieve my training goals at this gym.
We came into the Tigers Den looking for a place for my son to have fun and learn some MMA. We came in for a trial and found a family. Master Hillail (the owner) greeted us with so much positive energy and excitement and didn't turn a cold shoulder like we have had unfortunately had happen in the past. I can't really describe it in words but I will try. It was absolutely God's work that we came in here. And the most amazing unexpected blessing. Something led me to want to try the Tigers Den for my son because it looked like it was a lot of fun and I was trying to figure out if he would like it better than where we currently are. As he began in class he had a lot of fun! But then something I would have never expected happened. Master Hillail took me to the side and sat me down and asked me what my goals were for my son. I told him that he needs a place where he can use his masculine energy and his strength and power freely and that's why we choose Football and MMA. First of all I have never had such a personal experience, wherein the Owner sat me down and tried to understand our goals. He invested his time and demonstrated care and passion. Since leaving Galveston, where we had a wonderful community at the rec center, we have been looking for a community to support our physical and mental growth and a place we can go to have mentors and guidance. We have finally found it at the Tigers Den. My son is a big boy and is often in classes with little kids and has to hold back his strength and power. Honestly I didn't even think about that being the case, but Master Hillail recognized it instantly and brought it to my attention. Master Hillail made it clear that he didn't think that my son could do well in a class where he has to hold back, so he pulled my son out of the class and introduced us into a different area where the bigger boys train. It was like opening a new world for my son. He was finally being put in a place where he can grow and flourish and get stronger. The really incredible thing about this is that this man that we just met is helping us choose the best path for my son, and he didn't even know us or know if he was even going to see us again. He brought so much energy and passion into the investment of my son's progress. We are staying and we have finally found our community! This is our first time here. In the past when we went into a place for a trial we have been embarrassed and greeted with a cold shoulder. I thought maybe Jiu-Jitsu people were just rude. Master Hillail not only exceeded what we could have even imagined but already invested his thoughts, time, passion and love of helping people into my son. I knew we walked into our new home! He walked into this place to have fun and we left with a direction for the development of my son's future. We are staying ! We went from this .. To that .. It is here. It is way more than just a MMA place.

V12 is such a great facility. Options for the whole family. Love the gym. Instructors/coaches are amazing and attentive. Highly recommend!!
Really good gym. Clean restrooms. Their kids classes and martial arts classes next door at tigers den are really good too ! Place feels like home. The owners are local too. Isn't some big corporate chain. Support local ! 24 hours and reasonably priced too

It's actually a very nice gym people are friendly and I personally love this gym way better than planet fitness or any other huge commercial gyms. And if you do boxing or mixed martial arts they have punching bags and a MMA cage as well. Definitely fits my needs and I will highly recommend as a fitness center to where it's very peaceful and especially being in a nice area. Very great place to workout.
