Amazing trainer and community of members. Features 60-min group boxing classes, 30-min circuit training, private classes, and open gym hours. Focus on form, execution, balance, timing, range, & conditioned reflexes. Boxing is life!

If you're looking for the best workout you've ever had, then this is the place to be. Great atmosphere and owner. Great flexibility in class type (privates, 1 hour classes and 30 min classes) and times offered (morning and evening). I highly recommend trying it out.
