Helios has been such an awesome experience overall. There is always plenty of help, encouragement and excitement for your growth. Thank you all of Helios for these past two months. They have been excellent!

CrossFit gets a bad rep for “doing crazy workouts and you get hurt”. Not at this gym! The coaches are superb! They’re knowledgeable about how the body works and how to do movements safely. If you are unable to do a movement, you are shown a modification that will still work those same muscles and get the sweat flowing! It’s always a great workout and great company. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! 10/10

At HCF there are knowledgeable coaches who create a personalized experience for members where they are able to learn important fundamentals and increase skill level. Coaches and staff also modify and scale exercises for members depending on skill level-so that no one is left out. Additionally, coaches and staff create a fun, challenging and judgement free environment where members are required to push themselves to their full potential. Coaches and staff program diverse and engaging workouts. Coaches and staff make an effort to ensure equipment and space is clean and organized. Overall, highly recommend! 10/10.

I am so happy to have joined Helios 7+ years ago. Just as I am a faithful member they too are a faithful box! I enjoy the members and all the coaches. I recommend trying Helios out for at least a month, then decide. If I have to jump in on any class every one is always helpful and fun to be around. Love my box ❤️

This is a very nice crossfit gym and it's very well equipped with high quality equipment. The Coach Robby, and the owner Juan are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They both truly care about their athletes. Their prices are very good and it's LEO friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are in the McAllen area.
