I cannot recommend Sleeper Martial Arts enough! Sensei Yani is amazing with my kids. They literally count down the days until they can go back to class. That has never happened with anything we’ve ever done. I cannot wait to see them improve and grow in their confidence and skill with Sleeper Martial Art’s guidance.

Sensei Alex is a one in a million person. This is a great place to learn something new. If you're ready to get out of your comfort zone and put in some time and work this is the place to be. Great people with great attitudes. They make you want to be a better person physically and mentally.

If you want to take a step out of your comfort zone to learn something new, this is the place to be. I was so worried starting out but the support team is beyond incredible. They are with you every step of way. I am so ready to see what the next year will bring.
