A great place to get a good workout without having to deal with crowds. Very clean with spray and wipes for people to use. The training is phenomenal and with the new classes being added, I will be going there more often.

Great gym for individual or small group workouts!! When I tell you the step class, core strengthening, and boxing had me sweatin buckets LOL!!! Will definitely be back! Thanks for making me a BEAST today!

My kids and I have been coming here since they opened. The mentorship program is great alongside the actual workout. Since the gym has opened it has given them the opportunity to get out of the house away from electronics. My oldest son enjoys the boxing aspect of it and my daughter enjoys the flexibility aspect. They also talk about school and so much more with the trainers. There is something for everyone in my family. Even my youngest son at the age of 7. I encourage you to go out as a family.
