Jason and Joe are amazing coaches and mentors. My son recently started, and they have already helped him immensely with both his training and his confidence. They are very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the kids. We’re grateful for the positive impact they’ve had and highly recommend them.

I tried a few gyms before I came to this gym. What separated them was an instant feeling of home and family on the first day. No matter who you are, they’re gonna welcome you like a family. A lot about it that constantly blows my mind away and even still to this day. I can write that long about it but I’m gonna keep it simple here.

It’s an incredible place for both my son and me. I have been training here for about 5 years, and it has consistently been a positive, welcoming environment. Every class is a great time, and there is always something new to learn—no matter your experience level. The owners and coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping students grow, both on and off the mats. It truly feels like a family atmosphere, and training together with my son has made it even more special. 10/10 highly recommended this gym.

This place has the best community for kids, teens and adults. Try it, is safe, the best workout and you’re going to love the person you’re going to become. And the most important reason, the best Professors Joe Soliz and Jason Soliz, very active people and legends on BJJ and MMA

I have been coming to TX3RD coast now for about 6 months. I commute about 45 minutes one way just to come to class. Both Professors Joe and Jason are so incredibly kind and welcoming. If they see me struggling with something they go out of their way to help me. The team as a whole is great. There are so many other gyms around me but I have no desire to go elsewhere.
