Great gym that offers a variety of classes! My sons are currently enrolled in MMA and the instructors are both knowledgeable and patient. We started going last summer and then took a break because school picked up, but when it was time to return we knew where we were returning. They have great prices also for classes and uniforms.

Both of my children are enrolled. They love it. The instructors are patient and respectful. They will go down to their level and show them the correct moves. They are teaching them self defense skills while also implementing discipline skills. 10/10 recommend.

I originally started going to Psf back in 2017 when it was crossfit. It was pretty awesome environment everyone knew their stuff. Ruben is very specific when it comes to instructing the class and doing one on one if you need that extra attention and help. I loved the environment and that everyone was working as a team. Wether it be BJJ, MMA, kickboxing circuit training or regular crossfit training. Be prepared for an awesome workout and you will see results if you show the commitment. I just started kickboxing circuit training and I am a beginner have not worked out and Ruben was extremely helpful in modifying some of the workouts I could not do.
