Love this place, Wes is a great boxing coach who is very passionate about what he does, whether it’s in the ring or pushing weights. Highly recommend their boxing program for any level.
Wes is an amazing coach!
It was awesome i caught on pretty quick and the coach is on our but. But I like that because it pushes us to do better.
Great atmosphere and great people. The older I got, the harder it was for me to stay motivated to get to the gym regularly. Joined eight months ago, and that is no longer a problem; my kids and I are hooked. Wes will push you further than you thought you could go, and then push you some more. Come for the bag and mitt work, stay for the left hook to the jaw!
