The coach is a cool guy. I've never trained with him myself but I've had several positive interactions with him. His students seem like they really enjoy it and just from what I've been able to observe passing by, it looks like some pretty legit stuff. If you're looking to exercise or wanna learn how to fight. This is a great place to check out.

I’ve been going here for about two years now. The instructor is welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot about boxing. I love to box and always look forward to class. 10/10 recommend.
