My daughters do lessons with Dash and are very shy girls and were super hesitant to try it. Dash makes them feel so comfortable and they learn but also have fun. My youngest who has been going for a while has had such a boost in confidence and I’ve seen such a positive change in her. Thanks Dash!

Title Boxing in Cottonwood Heights has honestly been a game-changer for me. Dash, the owner and head trainer, runs classes that push you hard but in the best way, and I’m in the best shape of my life because of it. It’s more than just a workout, though. The community there is real, supportive, and motivating, and showing up consistently over the last eight months has genuinely improved my life, both physically and mentally.

Such a great workout for all ages and levels, whether its your first time or 1,000th time! I was looking for something new fun and with a trainer! Dash is such a great teacher/trainer he goes around and makes sure everyone is getting it and having fun. Duffy at the front is great! Very nice people. great music during the workout to keep you pumped! Fair pricing for what you get for sure! I do just once a week Saturday later morning! Perfect! I definitely recommend to all! Give it a shot.

The boxing is empowering and cathartic, it always leaves me feeling healthier physically, emotionally, and mentally. The staff is about people. They are connected, compassionate, fun, and intentionally work to know and bring love to everyone. Everyone belongs here. Dash, the owner, has created an environment of love, joy, empowerment, and overall health. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Great experience for the whole family! Great facility and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. During our time in SLC both my girls and I took classes with Adam and absolutely loved them. We had fun, got a tough workout and learned lots. He knows his stuff! Will be back. Recommend to all.
