This place CHANGED. MY. LIFE. I have been going for a few months now. I have never felt like I like going to the gym. I always felt embarrassed because I didn’t know what I was doing and I was terrified of getting hurt. The box has awesome coaches who certified personal trainers to help you with every step of your fitness journey. They have awesome classes with great structures! These classes incorporate strength training, mobility, and physical therapy exercises! What I truly love that this place is a community! Not only so we cheer each other on at the gym, but in real life too! These coaches are really good at meeting you at your level and modifying exercises to help you achieve your goals! The box is the best❤️

I absolutely love The Box! As a mom who hasn’t really worked out since having babies, this place has been such a game changer for me. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging, patient, and motivating. The community is equally incredible — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I actually look forward to my workouts now!

I LOVE The Box! Being a dancer & runner my whole life I never thought I’d like CrossFit and heavy weight training…but I can honestly say that I’ve never felt SO good! Plus this gym cares about your all around wellness, not just the physical. They focus on being a better you…all the great people and coaches you work with that turn into your gym fam are just a cherry on the top🙌🏼 Can’t say enough good things! Come as you are and do what you can, I’ve never felt so immediately welcome at a gym before.

The BEST gym experience! I started coming here about five months ago as a complete beginner because I wanted something that would challenge me and people that would hold me accountable. This gym ticks all the boxes and more. The coaches and members so friendly and welcoming—it is such a wonderful community to be part of. The coaches also do a great job of suggesting modifications when you need them that are doable and still help you make progress. Plus, I have so much fun every workout! I plan to keep coming here for a long time.

This was honestly a really awesome workout. This was my first time. I have been working out hard for 3+ years for 2 hours a day, and this workout still killed me. Great combo of kickboxing and CrossFit. I've done CrossFit classes before and this was just as good, if not better, in my opinion. Annie was the instructor and she's really great and was very skilled and knowledgeable. Lots of weights, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbells with weight plates, and plenty of body bags. 1 hours workout with 30 min kickboxing high heart rate and 30 min CrossFit. Try it out, you won't regret it.
