Love this place. Muay Thai coaches here are great. All the coaches are. There’s no ego brawlers here. Everyone just wants to get better and everyone here is tough.
The coaches are very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching, breaking down techniques in a way that’s easy for beginners to grasp while still challenging for advanced students. The classes are well-structured, blending warm-ups, drills, and sparring to build skills and confidence. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a tight community that motivates everyone to improve. I’ve seen real progress in my fitness, technique, and mental toughness. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to train, grow, and have fun!

I can't say enough good things about this gym. It's amazing for a variety of reasons. It's family oriented. They have kids' classes starting at 4 years old, teaching ju jitsu and muay thai. It's 1 set price, and you can go to 1 class or all 4 classes, which is by far the best deal I've found to get your kids into self-defense. They have a variety of adult classes, coed and womens only. Teaching boxing, Muay Thai, ju jitsu and strength and conditioning. The conditioning classes are hard and so worth it! There is also a free playroom for kids, so unlike regular gyms, you dont need to pay to bring your kids with you and yes, the gym is right next to the playroom so you can see any childern leaving the door and are very close if they need you. Lastly, the coaches are incredible! Mina runs the womens classes and she is empowering, fun and pushes you to your limits. Tandy, jeff, mina and casey, all run the kids classes and they handle them so well, in a fun and structured environment. Casey teaches a cardio boxing on saturday and it is by far one of the more tiring, fun classes i go to. He has helped improve my technique a ton. My whole family has been going here for a year, and the memberships to have your family come here are worth it! I could not recommend it more.
