This gym has been so awesome and welcoming. From day 1 everyone was super friendly and the adult classes are a good time. Hard workouts and experienced coaches who truly help you get better. Id give it 20 stars if I could!

Atlas Combat Sports is an amazing gym! My 13 year old son has learned self defense, respect, discipline, and great technique in MMA. Coach Zach has been instrumental in helping him improve his skills, strength, and confidence. This gym really cares about your kids and will teach them life lessons to apply on and off the mat. My son has made valuable friendships and is part of a positive culture here. So proud to be part of the Atlas family!

My 15 year old son has been with Atlas Combat Sports for just over a year now. He just recently advanced to an orange belt and is showing a great desire to keep going. My son has nothing but good to say about his coach. I have attended a few events now and must say that I also enjoy the positive environment that is found at Atlas. The students really are coached well, with plenty of encouragement, humor, and discipline. If you are looking for a mixed martial arts family, Atlas is a great choice.

We LOVE Atlas. If you're looking to get your kids or yourself into martial arts, Atlas Combat Sports is the place to do it. They are great for our entire family. They have a wonderfully balanced approach to teaching kids, and helping them learn discipline, focus, and respect in addition to the physical training. Coach Zach and Amber both take time to work on skills with individuals if needed. You won't find better coaches anywhere. Our two older girls have such passion for what they learn that they practice with each other (and even our baby) when they play. I am amazed at how much our girls have learned and what they can do. I would absolutely recommend Atlas.

This is the third martial arts gym my son has gone to, and is by far the best. They have teen classes, which is great because if your child is a teen beginner, they are learning with kids their age and not little ones. Coach Zach is amazing, and such a great role model for my son. We love Atlas and highly recommend it to anyone.
