This is an incredible gym for those who like individual workouts and amazing staff.
I can’t say enough positive things about this gym! Kjell is an amazing owner, who makes sure to keep the gym a fun, exciting place to workout with so much variety! Anyone, at any fitness level has a place in this awesome environment. ❤️
I love this gym! The classes are GREAT and varied so I don't get bored. The trainers are so knowledgable and nice (especially Kjell! I LOVE her classes). It's always clean and the equipment is great. All I want in a gym is here!

This gym is accessible and the classes are thought out and adaptable. I get an awesome workout every time! The owner is friendly and approachable and it’s nice to always workout with other members who become your friend!
