My son has learned more here about footwork, timing, slipping, catching, defense, offense than anywhere else. He really enjoys it.

I've been boxing here for about a month now, and my boxing skills have increased amazingly. It feels like a family; everyone is trying to make everyone else better. Coach Pano does a great job and is patient with everyone. Great Boxing gym!
