I was visiting from out of town and dropped in to Absolute MMA on a whim. I'm so glad I did. The coaching was excellent and the vibes were great. Training partners were really patient and so helpful. I can't wait to train at Absolute again when I'm close by.

Updates review: I started training at Absolute about a year and a half ago. Before that, I had done a little BJJ at another facility right before Covid, trying to reignite my passion for grappling from my wrestling days. That first gym wasn’t quite the right fit, but a buddy told me about Absolute. Since joining, I’ve gained a ton of knowledge, competed I'm a few tournaments, and found a true family I can count on both on and off the mats. My kids started here recently & it's so much fun training with them. Professor Rob has created an amazing family environment. He is a straight shooter and the most technical coach I’ve ever worked with in my grappling career. He’s coached professional fighters, & UFC athletes like Court McGee, and multiple BJJ world champions, yet he gives the same level of detail and care to every student. I’m honored to train under him and proud to call Absolute a home for me and my kids.

I have been training at Absolute MMA for 5 years now. The level of training and dedication of instructors is second to none. I particularly love the Judo and Jiu jitsu classes. I appreciate the humility and positive environment from the members that train there. I appreciate the respect and family oriented environment of this gym. There is a large variety of white, blue, purple, brown, and black belts. Come check it out!

Professor Rob Handley is a wealth of knowledge in bjj and all things martial arts. The environment at Absolute is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend absloute mma to everyone wherever you are in your martial arts journey. After 11 years away from mma competition, I recently competed again at age 42 and won. I have Professor Rob and all the awesome training partners to thank. Come train.

I’ve been training at Absolute MMA for close to 4 years now. I mostly train Jiu Jitsu but they have other martial arts like MUAY THAI, (KICK BOXING) Judo and self defense. (They have an amazing linage as well that spans from the original creators of jiu jitsu under Grand Master Flavio Behring! Look him up!) Any of these training disciplines are highly effective for self defense but they also will train you for competition if you want to! I’m always amazed on the quality of martial arts you learn here. From the start I’ve always felt welcomed from every one at the gym! The owner and head instructor Rob has a vast knowledge in all types of martial arts! I’m not sure if you can find many guys like that nowadays. Besides being extremely experienced and knowledgeable he’s also a great human being, has always made me and every one in the gym feel welcome from the beginning. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Everyone of my friends that have joined with me have loved it a stayed! If you’re thinking of starting any where this place is it. Ps Take my word for it. I started with zero experience.
