My words will always be incapable of expressing just how outstanding and amazing this boxing gym truly is. This gym was, and will always be my home and family, and only because of physical distance I am no longer able to go, otherwise I would be still be training non-stop, at Donnybrooks. This gym deserves all the respect and honor I can give, and then some. As a human being, I significantly progressed and developed here. It was, and still is a huge component of my success in life, and I will never forget the place, the coaches. Donnybrooks was a game changer for me, and that special ingredient I needed in my life. The equipment is plentiful, the location is great, but most importantly, all the coaches are of a super special quality, well beyond just their coaching skills in boxing. They’ve amazing personalities, and are a genuinely good people. When I’m back in Montreal, the first, second, and third place I’m is visiting is Donnybrooks, to train and re-live a very very positive influence in my life. It’s a distinct and genuine pleasure having trained many years of my life at Donnybrooks, you guys are the best there is 🤜🥊
Stopped by for a class while I was in town visiting and loved the gym. The instructor was nice and told me first classes are usually free. This place is cash only. So no credit cards. The class is more of a circuit style and has folks from all experience levels (don’t be intimidated if you are just starting out). Great experience and I’ll definitely be back
Great coaches pay attention to every boxer whether amateur, professional or recreational. Welcoming atmosphere with super fellow clients. Classes are instructive, rigorous and fun! Can't recommend highly enough.
Super humble atmosphere. The coaches are as nice as they are disciplined. Probably the most modestly priced fight gym you will find in Montreal. I leave the work outs having learned something and dead tired. All aspects one should look for in a fight gym.
