I’ve been training at Sherbatov MMA in Laval for about a year now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive — they push you to improve while keeping the environment friendly and motivating. The classes are well organized, and there’s a great mix of technique, conditioning, and sparring. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and has everything you need — from a full cage and ring to all the training gear. The vibe is always positive, and everyone, from beginners to advanced fighters, feels welcome. After a year here, I can honestly say I’ve grown a lot both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a place to train MMA, boxing, or just get in shape in a motivating community, Sherbatov Gym is 100% worth it!

This is the best martial arts gym I've visited. The coaches are fantastic and know their stuff, really helping everyone improve. The place has great facilities that are always clean and ready to use. Plus, the community is friendly and supportive, making it easy for anyone to fit in, whether you're new or have been practicing martial arts for years.
