Great vibe, legitimate MMA gym. You will find all sorts of people from different age groups and backgrounds. Xavier and the coaching staff are great and they also push you to improve.

I highly recommend Tristar Gym West Island. Matt is an outstanding coach. The results I've seen with my kids are excellent. I look forward to working with Matt for a long time.
