I come here twice a week to get punched, 10/10 stars, will get punched again.
I spent a few days in town for work and decided to stop by and punch the bag. Wow, what an amazing gym! I was absolutely blown away by the positive vibes and fantastic energy here. I'll definitely make it a point to visit this gym every time I'm in town!
I’ve been a part of this gym for almost 20 years—first as a child in the after school program, then as a fighter, then as a part time coach. Seldom will you find this type of authenticity in a gym today. Great coaches, great community, great gym. I’ve watched this place do so much with so little in the start. Proud to be part of the community here.
When I first went to this gym I was in high school. It was located in crosstown plaza. It helped me so much throughout high school. Kept me out of trouble and to keep my head on straight. Coach Kittle was an amazing mentor. I was once a peaceful warrior and I'm glad they are still doing that program. I don't think I'd be where I'm at right now if it wasn't for that program. So I'd like to thank Coach Kittle and everyone else that was part of the peaceful warriors. You guys are amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
The name says it all.....My son's loves this place, and they are good with the children. I appreciate the time they offer the kiddos and the dedication!! They offer classes for just about everyone in the family except children under 8. The coaches treat them with, love and respect and they reprimand then (in a positive way) when needed. I am so glad someone recommended this place to me!
