Coach is great keeps it real with you no bs seen a huge difference when I started training with him. The coach is very funny, friendly and cool. But it’s get serious when it’s time to work
Just came by to sign my son up and had a great experience. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all our questions. You can tell this gym has a positive atmosphere and really cares about the kids and community. Excited for my son to start training here!
Great environment and real boxing training. Coach Zeek Gonzalez actually cares about helping you improve whether you’re trying to compete, learn self defense, or just get in shape. Everyone is respectful, the workouts are intense, and the gym has a strong family atmosphere. You can tell they’re serious about discipline and building confidence. Definitely one of the best boxing gyms in the Fredericksburg area
