Was in the class for beginners. The gym is small once you set foot so watch out for people shadow boxing, doing exercises, etc. The coach for us didn’t do a good job from my point of view. He was disrespectful even though I treated him with respect, he call one of the other coaches about me as well when he should’ve be an adult and talk to me if he had issues. The only thing he does right is teaching everyone how to box in a more technical manner. A coach that disrespects a student shouldn’t be a coach. Do better. For other boxing gyms go to Todd’s Eastside or Brikhouse boxing.
Kid loves this place
The coaches are EXCELLENT! You can tell that the coaches are very passionate about teaching the children the skills they need to succeed, and they never leave a child behind. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like family. I highly recommend this boxing gym!
Super tough training, and you will feel it the next day, but it's worth it. The people are super nice and helpful
Walking in to the boxing gym it's more of a family feeling. Coach Shaun is a Great coach. Its really more then boxing. I love how the older kids joke and play with the young kids.but at the same time they know it's hard work and they RESPECT the older boxer. If you looking to put your son or daughter in box call them you want find a better coach then coach Shaun
