Great place to have a good high intensity workout. My wife and I attended for the first time. We love the class we will go back again.
The organization re-activated a cancelled membership and has been charging me for months after cancelling 7 months ago. EDIT: Additional investigation has shown they've refused to cancel the membership and charged me since 2025. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Very disappointed with the 45-minute boxing class at the Rockville location. My daughter is new to boxing and was not properly prepared— the instructor didn’t help beginners with form, wasn’t engaging, and didn’t circulate to correct technique, which could easily lead to injuries. The class format was poorly designed with intense cardio between bag rounds, which felt unnecessary. The gym was also filthy, and we were asked to lay on dirty mats for core work. There was no follow-up or effort to get feedback. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t return.

Fairly recently, Title added box-and-lift classes and have brought fitness at Title to the next level. Coach Carlos has been a champion of fitness at that gym. Want to workout for 3-hours at a traditional gym but don’t find the time? Take a 45-minute box-and-lift and I swear you will feel you spent hours at the gym for a fraction of time. Sign up!
