Great instructors!! A lot of energy and fun!! I look forward to going every time!!!
RSB has given my husband a reason to exercise and keep moving. Coaches Alec, Anne-Marie and Aaron are upbeat, compassionate, understanding and professional. They see in our "fighters" abilities and not disabilities, positivity and not negativity, encouragement and not discouragement as the fighters work through exercises to gain strength for their bodies as well as their minds. My husband and I will continue participating in RSB as long as he physically can. Though there is no cure for Parkinson's, we thank you, coaches, for creating a program to stem the progression of this debilitating disease.
Never before have I found exercising so much fun! I love the variety of drills that the coaches come up with to make sweating and moving so interesting. They care about all of us and like Anne-Marie says, "this is a family". I love the Loudon facility which is always clean and well-equipped.
