I’ve been under coach Cain and dakotas wing since I’ve started this journey at 14 yrs old, I am now 17 with a couple competitions and experiences I wouldn’t be able to get any where else. Best boxing program in the Washington state hands down, dedicated coaches and students who both want improvement.

Fantastic gym and staff! The best boxing program in the county, no question. Same with the Muay Thai! The attention to detail with every technique is beyond any gym I’ve ever attended, and the culture built here is even more impressive. No egos, no BS, everyone helps each other; and there’s no cliquey vibes. Everyone is so welcoming! Best gym I’ve been to in this area! No doubt!
The staff are very professional and attentive! The new facility is very spacious and super nice. I was nervous about trying the boxing class but the coach was excellent! 10/10 would recommend
