My 5 y/o daughter loves bjj. She is being taught by both coach Olivia and coach Joe. They have taught her so much in terms of skills, self confidence and so much more! Royal MMA is not like other schools and focuses on having fun, learning and growing individually. They do not price gouge or require attendance and instead work with the parents to find the best fit for their youngins.
I'm a 53yr old who wants to stay fit! I was a bit weary but this gym was PERFECT. I instantly fell in love. Coach Mark is fantastic and I can't wait to meet the rest of the coaches. I highly recommend for all stages of life!
This is a great gym and I highly recommend joining and learning BJJ. My son got me into it a few years ago. I was a bit hesitant - being 60 years old at the time. But - it was a great way to connect with my son and also keep my old body and brain active. BJJ is as much a mental activity as it is a physical one. I am now into it about 2 years and plan to keep going. Every week - I look forward to seeing the friends I have made and learning from the amazing coaches. I like this gym a lot. We've been members for over 3 years. It's great for kids, it's great for adults. Plenty of parking spots. Owners are wonderful. The people in my classes are great. I'm really happy we found this place, it's done wonders for my metal health.
Update: 10/2024 Still love this Gym, and now I have kid's that train here. The price is right, the kids get good attention. The coaches are really good and help you learn the art of Jiujitsu. I'd recommend Royal MMA to anyone interested. ------------------ As someone new to the sport, I have to say that the staff is helpful and the other students are cool. I enjoy the workout and my time here, and when I leave class I feel like I have learned something new.
