The instruction at this gym is extraordinary! The attention to each individual in the work out is the best I have ever had. I feel stronger, healthier, better cardio shape than I have in years. I am so grateful for Dakota and the team!

A great place to learn boxing or just workout. What i like about this boxing gym is its not one of those corporate run places just worried about their bottom line they care about you learing the sport and enjoying yourself. Dakota stone is very supportive of everyone that comes in. She gives the gym that personal touch you just dont get with other places.
