Amazing gym. The coaches believe so much in the kids. They go above and beyond for the fighters, especially when they show genuine interest. Boxing is a difficult sport that will give kids self confidence and show them discipline. This is a safe space for the kids to learn the sport of boxing with amazing coaches and all around good people.
Coaches are very helpful as they are critical of the little things while training. Every time after a workout they say they always see improvement. Great gym if you want to work hard and not only be a better boxer, but a better person as well.
I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place genuinely deserves it. This boxing gym has completely changed my routine, my mindset, and my overall fitness, and I can confidently say it’s a 5-star experience in every category. From the moment you walk in, the energy is different. It’s not one of those commercial gyms where everyone’s just wandering around. There’s purpose here. There’s discipline. There’s respect. You can feel that this is a place where people actually come to work and improve themselves. The coaching is top tier. The trainers don’t just stand around and bark random instructions — they actually pay attention. They correct your form, teach you the fundamentals properly, and make sure you understand why you’re doing something, not just how. Whether it’s footwork, defense, combinations, or conditioning, everything is broken down in a way that makes sense. Even on days when I feel fatigued, they adjust and make sure I’m training smart instead of just training hard. What really stands out is how they balance intensity with technique. It’s not just about smashing the heavy bag until you’re exhausted. They focus on real boxing fundamentals — stance, head movement, timing, defense, breathing, ring awareness. You can tell this isn’t just a workout gym pretending to be boxing. This is real boxing culture. The environment is also incredibly motivating. Everyone there is grinding. You’ve got beginners learning the basics, experienced fighters sharpening their skills, and people who just want to get in the best shape of their lives — but there’s no ego. No weird tension. No one looking down on anyone. It’s a respectful, hard-working atmosphere. The conditioning is on another level. You will sweat. You will be pushed. But it’s structured and purposeful. It’s helped my endurance, my coordination, my mental toughness, and even my discipline outside the gym. Boxing forces you to be present — you can’t be thinking about bills, stress, or anything else when someone’s working the mitts with you. The equipment is solid and well maintained. Heavy bags are sturdy, gloves don’t stink up the whole place, and the space is organized. You can tell the gym cares about cleanliness and professionalism. That matters more than people realize. Another huge thing is accountability. The coaches remember you. They check on your progress. They’ll call you out (in a good way) if you’re slacking. That kind of attention makes you want to show up and give 100%. This gym isn’t just about boxing. It builds confidence. It builds discipline. It builds resilience. You walk in one way and leave stronger — physically and mentally. It’s the kind of place that makes you better if you’re willing to put in the work. If you’re serious about learning how to box the right way, getting into elite shape, or just pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, this is the place.
I came in middle-aged with zero boxing experience, and it’s completely transformed my fitness. The coaches are professional, the workouts are challenging but doable, and the results are real. I’m stronger, leaner, and have more energy and focus than I’ve had in years. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape and push themselves.
Hands down the best boxing gym!!!! My son is deaf, and he picked it up very quickly with the coaches here helping him! The coaches are the best here! Be patient and work on your technique. Every day you come, you get to do 1 on 1 with the coach, which is awesome.
