Our whole family trains at Phantom and has for years. Bingo and Julie do a fantastic job making sure the gym is an inviting and friendly place to train. This gym offers great self-defense training AND advance skill development for BJJ competition. Be sure to ask about the private lesson packages to really speed up your development.
I’ve tried a few different gyms over the years and planted my feet at Phantom for good reason. The head coach Bingo has had my back from the beginning . On and off the mats. He’s wanted to see me succeed in my jiu jitsu journey AND in my day to day life. He’s also been understanding and supportive of my extremely busy lifestyle of running my own business. The team itself is incredible and always willing to share techniques and grow as team . I consider these guys my brothers when I am on the mats and wouldn’t trade gyms or teammates for anything. Highly recommend Phantom BJJ to anyone.
My daughter has been a student in the Jr’s class (ages 7-14) for over a year now and she has gained much more than I expected. I noticed her self confidence has improved, she’s also made friends, and is learning a skill that will stay with her for a lifetime, which I attribute to the instructors teaching those classes. If you’re here to read about kids classes for your lil one, give them a chance and observe because they offer a trial period before requiring any commitment.
We've been bringing our kids to Phantom for 3 years and have experienced nothing but positive growth in all aspects of their lives since beginning training. Bingo, Julie and their hand selected core group of coaches create an atmosphere of community, positivity, growth, humility, and discipline that shines through in the individuals that dedicate themselves to training at Phantom. Also my wife has been doing morning kickboxing cardio classes with Julie which she absolutely loves. The only thing that really needs to be said is that they truly care about the people that train with them and it shows. You wont just be a membership fee and a number at Phantom, you become family, at least that's our story. Gratitude abounds!!
Love this place! We enrolled our five year old and he absolutely loves it. Coach Bingo is so great with kids! UPDATE: He's now been doing this for over a year and competed in his first tournament! It's been great watching him progress and even the assistant coaches Brian and Josh are fabulous as well. UPDATE: The sitting area for parents is better now and the closed circuit cameras are up and running again so you can watch your kid grapple!
