Hands down the best Muay Thai gym in the Seattle area. The coaching team is extremely talented and welcoming, the space is clean and well maintained, and they regularly host seminars with legends from the Muay Thai world. Whether you're brand new or experienced, you'll find a place here. Highly recommend.

This gym really is one of one. Coach Tony is super nice and dangerous, the community and the people are amazing, lady Iyarin always has a smile on her face, and everyone helps each other out. Any level is welcome, from beginner to advanced. I have developed a lot here within just 3 months, can’t wait for the results in 3 years. Coach Nico and khalil are both weapons as well, and a lot of seminars from Thailand legends to Muay Thai fighters come visit and coach, so you are literally learning from the best.

If you are looking to get into Muay Thai, improve your fitness, quality of life, and be part of an incredible community, look no further! The evening classes are a lot of fun, while exhausting. Coach Tony is a skilled instructor, and knows how to balance learning, technical training and fun. People here are welcoming, down to earth, and want to see you around, improve, and be part of the community. Training here was one of the best decisions I made during my time in Seattle. Lost 15 lbs :)

I've been training at Muaythai Iyarin for more than a year now, and I'm at or close to the best shape of my life. I love that this gym is great for all levels, and the membership skill ranges from complete beginner all the way to the professional fighter level. When I joined, I was relatively new to Muaythai with about 3 months of experience and no background in any other martial art. The people here are very kind and super understanding about adjusting based on your skill level. Several of my friends with no Muaythai experience also joined after realizing how enjoyable the classes are. Some of the more advanced fighters compete in the Seattle area, and it's always fun to go to their fights since so many members of the gym show up. The pricing is reasonable for the level of instruction you get. There are options for punch cards (class packs) and single classes, but I get a lot of value out of the unlimited evening class membership since I go pretty often. Muaythai is one of the most fun ways to get a great workout in, and the amount of exercise and community you get from this gym make it an incredible value.

Best Muay Thai gym I’ve found in Ballard! I live on Capitol Hill, Seattle and this is by far the most spacious gym that offers most amount of classes, range to hosting seminars which invite famous professional fighters for your thirst for a good challenge at Muay Thai. Come try and see for yourself the true experience ;)
