I've been here a few times after work, and overall it's a solid gym with plenty to offer. They have a lot of equipment, tanning, red light therapy, showers, and restrooms, which makes it a convenient place for workouts and recovery. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever they are available. My main issue has been with reception not always being staffed during the posted business hours, which can be frustrating when arriving in the evening. Cleanliness could also be improved a bit, especially with trash bins and floors during busy times. That said, the gym itself has a lot of positives, and with a little more consistency in staffing and upkeep, it would be an even better experience.

I went to the gym back in 2020 and came back again last night. Its very ghetto, half the walls are broken and alot of the machines feel like they're 20 years old like the lat pulldown machine, the leg press, the cables in the back room, and the leg curl machine. Since 2020, they got some very new, very nice new machines such as the space for rows amd the green area. But the gym needs to focus on cleaning and fixing the stuff that it has rather then getting new stuff. It more worth it to just go to another gym.

The fee just to join is crazy 70$ bones. You’re paying over 100$ just for 1 month. Not even the LA Fitness gyms charge that. Owner hires High school students says a lot about the place

I have driven out several times after work and they are closed (no one at reception). I can’t get in until 8 and even left early and showed up at 7:30pm and they already left for the day. It is bad business practice to not be present during posted business hours. The gym itself isn’t bad they have a lot of equipment, tanning, red light therapy, showers/restrooms. Although cleanliness is something that is also lacking (trash bins are full at night, floors aren’t cleaned often). Staff is friendly, but not always present during posted business hours.

It has every type of strength equipment that planet fitness and worx does not have and it meets all of my requirements for my pro card in the coming years! Just needs a better back row machine and 100lb plates 😎 there’s plenty of strength machines at their strength focused rooms. No classes like the other gyms that makes you pay extra. No, you’re here because of strength and physique. Parking is the only negative so I hope that issue gets resolved with the dealership next to tap n putt(sorry) . Splendid
