Been taking my grandson here for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with this gym. The proprietors are a married couple and the primary coaches with two little ones of their own running around. Very family friendly with a "safe place" atmosphere that I greatly appreciate.
Nemesis opened by us and we couldn’t be happier. We have our son signed up for classes and he loves it. The instructors are great. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Eric and the group at Nemesis were some of the best people I’ve ever trained with over the years. Eric is world class and amazingly efficient. The teaching style is such that what you learn is readily accessible and changes/improves your game within a short period of time. I’d highly recommend them for training, certainly worth a visit if you’re coming through town.

Fantastic gym. A lot of very experienced grapplers and a few newbs like me. The crew here couldn't have been more welcoming. I'm hooked. Eric is on another level and all the other coaches are great too. Monday and Friday evenings are the best for beginners. Check out Stewart's fundamentals class at 5:30.
