Just had my first class and I've never had so much fun being physically active like this. Mr V is so nice and encouraging and makes everything feel easy. I can't wait to go back!!

Clean gym, friendly staff, positive atmosphere! I've been going for around 2 months and recommend it to all of my friends. The classes really kick your butt and are the highlight of my week! Not only are they fun, but I'm burning calories and learning how to fight, win-win!
