Master Linger is incredible. She is wonderful with kids. She's very down to earth, organized and professional. This evening was our 1st time attending and my boys loved it. She kept the kids focused and was wonderful with teaching them. We look forward to coming back every week. Thank you for welcoming us and getting the boys excited to learn!

Mrs. Megan Linger is a phenomenal instructor. She is super good with all kids and adults and takes her time to ensure everyone learns!

Master Linger is amazing at what she does. She makes the learning of Martial Arts fun and enjoyable for her students. Been taking my son there for over a year and he has learned so much. Even when the pandemic started she did zoom classes so they could still learn. I highly recommend Mountain State Martial Arts and Fitness!!

Master Megan Linger is an incredible instructor, and she works with all ages! It's amazing to have a World Champion trophy holder as an instructor! She is except at working with kids, as well as with adults, and she also has specialized classes for people based on different interests. We highly recommend MSMAF!
