I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brandon and Jennifer! They care about their customers! I recently went through a “I hate the gym and don’t want to work out” phase. I received many messages of encouragement from Brandon over my two month absence. I am back and thankful that I have a trainer that cares enough to reach out to me. I still hate working out LOL but I have to do it stay strong and healthy. I am thankful for a supportive environment!

I absolutely loved this gym. In 2019 I used to go, I lost 80 pounds. The owner's were amazing. Shortly after I joined I sustained a work injury which ever since I haven't been able to workout due to needing surgery. I finally have had my surgery and though I'll never be able to run, I can't wait to join their gym again!! I loved it being 24 hour's, I would get off from work and go at 2:00a.m. I loved the convince and also them being understanding about my injury. I highly recommend this gym and I can't wait to join this gym again once I am healed from my surgery.

I have participated in Boot Camp under Brandon's instruction and guidance for several years. Brandon's workouts are challenging, but never inappropriate for our age or skill level. Brandon always encourages us to Challenge ourselves to be stronger and more flexible. I anticipate that boot Camp three times a week will always be part of my health and self improvement program.

Brandon is absolutely the best! He can accommodate all fitness levels and help you get more functionally fit in an encouraging fun environment. He is meticulous about helping people move their bodies correctly to add strength and range of motion without compromising safety.

More than a gym, Bstrong24 is a community of individuals that genuinely care for one another, led by trainers and staff that inspire them to do so. Brandon and Jennifer are knowledgeable leaders that take great care in what they do. This place will change your life for the better.
