Haven’t been at the gym since I joined the military but they trained well and I learned a lot of techniques with foot work, placement/ angle, and breathing exercises to boost endurance.

The gym just needs more instructors because there only one person instructing the gym right now. But, the owner is looking for fighters and trainers.
