i have attended jiu jitsu classes since October 1st and I am so addicted. i enjoy the breakdowns of every move that Gary teaches me. I really am grateful to be apart of Ground Zero and i highly recommend anyone that is considering learning a martial art to stop putting it aside and come to class!!

Coach Gary is such a nice person. I’m from Korea, which means English isn’t my first language, but he always tries to understand what I’m saying and speaks slowly to me. He always checks if everyone understands well, which I think is really kind. I really enjoy training at this gym !!

Going here was the best decision I've made in my life. Prices are good, equipment is plentiful, members are happy to share what they know, and the instructors are fantastic if you can tolerate a bit of banter. Gary is the man, by the way.

Started at this gym many years ago when I was new in town. The people there changed my life and taught me things I haven't learned anywhere else. Instructors are great and friendly, Gary, Ashley and Tim are always fun to listen to. The black belts of the gym (there are several) teach me something new with every roll. Gym itself is competitive and has a place for every skill level, new people are always welcomed and given step by step instruction. I really have no complaints about this gym, it has treated me incredibly well and I can't imagine training anywhere else in the tri-state.

This place is phenomenal. My 6 year old son started their free kids Jiu-Jitsu classes last week and hasn't missed one since. I've never seen him so excited and dedicated to go to a class and learn! The instructors do a really great job coaching so many kids at once. You can really observe the passion and commitment of all those who attend the surrounding classes. 100% recommend this gym to anyone considering. My only regret is I didn't get my son in here sooner!
