The owners are very nice, welcoming and professional people. My son goes here for boxing lessons, but it's also a gym and offers other activities.
Good place,great people. L Train back on track! Great place to train for both adults and kids Both Lionel and Jenny have been very generous with their time helping me to become one of the boxing officials. Definitely a place to check out for mma,boxing or just plain getting some exercise.
Jumping into a new sport, a sport already intimidating to begin with, and being a girl was enough to make the first trip a bit nerve wracking. From the very first visit though I always felt welcomed and comfortable. I really enjoy the freedom to work at my own pace, and the professional instructors are absolute top notch in my opinion. They are always willing and able to help work pads, work on technique, spar, or just offer motivation and encouragement (and the occasional joke) throughout my workout. I really value the feeling of being a “part of something” whenever I am there and I look forward to getting better and honing my skills as I progress.
Great gym the best coach and clean up to date equipment highly recommend!
I love this gym because we are like family. I have been a member for over 13 years. Feels like home!
