We love this place! Coach Carlos is knowledgeable and provides great feedback to make learning easy, fun, and practical. The facility is excellent as well. Highly recommend!
When I started at outlier I did not know what to expect from my training, training partners, or coach Carlos. However, right away everyone was easy to get along with and eager to help where they could. I have trained with people of various ages and backgrounds, all of whom are able to work right alongside one another at differing paces. I can say that I have never had a negative experience with anyone i have trained with. Carlos is no different, he is there to help through hard work and his thourough knowledge. The training can certainly be difficult, but I always feel better for it. Plus, access to SRA crossfits equipment (with permission from the owners of course) and a brazillian jiu-jitsu school right next door is a real bonus.
