NOVA is more than a Jiu Jitsu Academy, it's a family. All the coaches are supportive, caring, and professional in all interactions with students and family members. They truly care about their members and want to see them excel in all areas of life. NOVA provides multiple opportunities for all members of the family to exercise and increase physical strength and endurance. They are an outstanding addition to the community!
Nova has been one of the best things to happen to both of my young homeschool kids. Adam’s coaching style is thorough, fun, engaging and patient. Their gym is clean, safe, and very comfortable. The food at Coco’s is wonderful and the cafe makes it easy to watch class, grab a smoothie, and do my work while the kids have a wonderful time training. They have an awesome homeschool class that is a wonderful addition to our curriculum. I can’t say enough good things about NOVA.
Nova is great for the whole family. What started as taking our 3 year old to try kids jiu jitsu turned into both myself and the little one doing it! He loves the kids classes and the adult fundamentals class is great too. The coaches are friendly and welcoming and everyone who trains here have been very helpful. Definitely the place to go whether you may be interested in BJJ, boxing, or the occasional other classes offered. Highly recommend! Adam and Abby have done a great job.
We’ve been apart of the Nova Jiu Jitsu community for a little over a year and we couldn’t be happier! My son has learned so much by being with Nova Jiu Jitsu, from self awareness, team building skills, communication skills and so much more! We are blessed to be apart of the Nova community!
The Coach here is wonderful and willing to work with the children of all ages. The classes train the children and adults in self defense and other techniques. They also had time for fun and a time for class which really gives the kid something to look forward to. The food from coco’s is also absolutely amazing.
