I love coming here to get a good workout in! The stations are easily customizable and everyday it's different. The trainers all care about the success of the members and will work with you to meet your goals. No matter your fitness level, I would highly recommend giving this location a try!

Great place, great trainers, great workout! The workout changes every day so you never get stuck in a rut doing the same thing. The trainers are happy to modify as needed to work around physical limitations or injuries. I joined with my teenage daughter and we both get a great workout!

I love 9Round! I love that I don’t have to stick to a class schedule and can start shortly after getting there. The workouts are fun and go so fast. They can be altered easily to your fitness level and the trainer is there to help you if you need suggestions.

The trainers are encouraging and are great with correcting form and giving tips on how to get the most out of your workout. I also love being able to show up any time. I never really know what time I’m going to be done working each day, so it’s great not having to plan around specific class times. I get a fantastic workout at 9round every time, and always leave feeling good!

My wife and I joined 9Round back in April and we have really enjoyed our experience here. The owner and all of the employees are very genuine people, and they are extremely helpful with all the workouts. Bill and his team pay extreme attention to detail to everything and they always keep the place very clean. The concept is great: 30 minute, high intensity workout. The circuit is always different so you don’t get bored doing the same exercises. I also love that you get a heart rate monitor when you join so you are able to track your heart rate throughout the workout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. After one workout, you will be hooked!
