Great for all ages! Promotes Confidence Pride Self Awareness Strength and conditioning! My kids look forwards to achieving their goals to move up and continue to grow. The things you will learn in this class will help in all facets of life. Physically you will grow skills that translate into all sports. Also Mentally being able to think in high stress situations and respond appropriately. Learning how to regulate and breathe is good for al thing especially mental health as well. Some things the little warriors learn are stranger danger and how to communicate when you feel uncomfortable. As a mother it’s was major win for someone other then me to help teach this.
Took the SAVAGE women's self defense class this evening and I can't wait to go back for more. The instructors were fantastic and the facility is very nice. I would never in a million years imagine that I'm someone who is into combat sports, but here we are. Surprise!
My son has been attending classes twice weekly for over a year and loves it. I've seen a huge improvement in his confidence and self discipline. The staff/instructors are super friendly, helpful and excellent at teaching. Bonus: they love our dog and always welcome her enthusiastically. Love this place and the people!
Started a little over a month ago and I love it! The classes there are truly for EVERY age and fitness level. I look forward to going to class because I learn something new about the art of Krav maga and myself each and every class. The classes build confidence and strength while the instructors are super approachable and make the class fun. Bryan and John do a fantastic job of breaking down each move into manageable steps along with telling you why proper form is to your advantage. Any hesitation about joining this class went away after my first class - I was hooked. It's a great way to get in shape and learn how to defend yourself in a protected environment with great instructors. Top notch!
My 2 boys and I attend (different classes), and we all 3 really enjoy it. The instructors use a no nonsense approach to teaching REAL self defense. My kids have gotten noticeably stronger in the couple months we have attended. Can't wait for the next class!
