I have been going to Coalition Combat Sports since April, and I am a huge fan of their work. They have great, insightful instructors, a hospitable atmosphere, and my peers are all pretty cool and understanding. I would recommend these folks to your beginners and your seasoned veterans and old heads; definitely give them a chance!
As a woman walking into a combat gym it can feel a little daunting. However, this is a totally different experience. I would highly encourage any woman that has had an interest in combat sports or self-defense to give this gem a look. It is not the typical gym that seems to be uninviting to women. They foster women’s growth right alongside the men’s strength. I would highly recommend this experience. Every one of the coaches is highly engaging and willing to share their time and energy to help you become better. It’s everything that growing as a person should be a especially when it comes to learning something new. Even if you have done combat sports before I think you will find this gym a great spot to feel at home. I have taken classes there and my son who is a trained in Thailand Mui Thai fighter continues to train at this gym. Definitely give it a look.
This is a great place to train. Great energy, hard but safe training. Keo and the boys help make this an, Ideal place to start your martial journey. Or return after years away.
I really appreciated this self-defense seminar. The coaches’ expertise and comforting humor created a warm, engaging atmosphere without minimizing the seriousness of the content. The approach was practical and common-sense, focusing on realistic skills without fear or intimidation. I left feeling more confident, informed, and empowered. Highly recommend.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert… whether you are a jiu jitsu practitioner, or want to focus on stand up striking, or even try you hand at MMA, you will find a coaching style or class or partner who matches you. Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and show by their actions they genuinely care about you and want to see you get better.
