Trained here for two weeks while I was on travel. Great gym with an awesome selection of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and specialty cardio training equipment. The folks who run the gym are really nice and all of the people who train there are great to be around as well. I love the environment. It's no frills with a great selection of specialty bars and other powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman equipment.
If you have not visited this gym or are not a member,, you are really missing out. It is by far the best gym I have ever been in. Great equipment and a lot of heavy dumbbells. My favorite section is the free weight room. Lots of room to move around and the best quality lighting to show off a good pump!
This place has great equipment and lovely staff. I was just passing through the area and stumbled upon this gym. You have almost every isolation machine under the sun and a decent free weights area. I will be sure to visit when I pass through again!
This is the second time I got to visit this gym while in this town. My first experience was great hardcore gym tons of machines just a great workout. The worker was super polite to let me know when they were staffed so I could get in. Overall a great experience. The 2nd time I was not disappointed I showed up to a bigger gym with new machines and more rooms. Super convenient process getting signed in. Locker system Clean with food and drink machines. Great place
Had a tour with the owner, the variety of equipment amazed me. The employees were very kind and welcoming. My first day was during non-staffed hours. I was nervous being new and not knowing *exactly* where everything was. I asked one person a question and everybody generously answered! They were all so warm and welcoming. Love seeing that in a gym!! I'm looking forward to more days at this gym for sure.
