They have a great court and a great gym. No fees. All that's asked is you clean up after yourself.

If you want experienced coaching/training for boxing, the Nelson Jordan center has created champions throughout the years, the gym is excellent, stop by for a. talk at the trainers for lessons. They are just great.

My daughter participates in a youth program R&L Strength and Conditioning and we love this facility

This is a wonderful program all the area children have an opportunity to learn from professional trainers.

My first time in the place. At like 10 am I was made to feel like I mattered very impressed!!!
