What can I say great gym. A very nice mix of both modern and old school equipment which gives you a great variety for your workouts. The owner steve is awesome and is very approachable and hands on. If you are in the area, you can't go wrong to get a great training session in. Bonus, the gym is open 24/7. That means no excuses!!!

Great place if you just want to get a work out in, Not a social hour. Old school vibe no generic franchise vibes. First gym in a long time that feel at home in and look forward to. Became a home away from home.

Excellent Branded Equipment from Multiple training eras. CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. More of an Old Skool Iron feeling Gym including a boxing,wrestling,mma training area. Awesome staff and members. All times are good time frames to meet your training preferences. 24 hrs access with an app. To keep maintaining your membership dues and gym access very painless!

This gym is great if you don't want cookie cutter social hour been going for a out 2 or 3 month and began personal training to help with lower back issues working on stabilizer muscle groups and all around fitness. Enjoy this gym it's a gym where you can get work done. You can become a ghost and focus without having to worry about people using it for social hour and the equipment as a leaning prop.
