THIS TRAINING LOCATION IS GREAT! AWESOME & FIRE 🔥 I tried it for free for a day and plan on doing it going forward! Learned a lot, got in an INSANE WORKOUT hahaha and literally after my first day I was able to apply the methods of self defense to my own Warrior Training! The Staff is GREAT & SO AWESOME to work with!! 👑✅⚔️

Anyone looking to get in shape and learn self-defense in real-world scenarios check out @Alpha. The instructors John and Lejla are amazing! This is a judgment-free zone with everyone working together to learn and improve each other for life-saving self-defense. Granted I have just started I feel part of the group and love going to training! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just took a private group class with my co workers, and it was very beneficial. I really appreciate the instructors patience and willingness to modify training for individuals with any health conditions. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to learn self defense in real life scenarios.

I just started taking classes here. The instructors are great! Friendly, patient and understanding. Being a middle aged, overweight, outta shape guy I was a bit intimidated. After the first couple of minutes I felt comfortable. If you’re on the edge and not sure if you want to join, take an introductory class. You’ll realize quickly how amazing everyone is and how quick you start learning.
