Location is great, machines starting to age badly and the bathrooms are dirty. Apparently no dress code so you get women wearing near nothing in the club.
So now I have to pay extra to use the equipment upstairs?? 🤔🤦🏻‍♂ Shouldn't it already be on the monthly payment? Or should the same equipment be placed in all areas? People barely use this room, so why don't you open the area at night? The contract says we have access to all equipment.
Princeton Club Fitchburg is a very comfortable place to push yourself physically and learn how to! I'm a regular and you come to know faces. After being away from the gym for a while after having my baby, several people noticed when I came back and made sure to say hi! It was incredibly comforting to feel seen. That's just how friendly the employees and patrons are! Facilities are well cared for and organized pretty well. The ladies in the kids club are so welcoming and make friendships with the kids. This is a great place to have a gym membership!
I have been to many gyms in the Madison area, and I can say confidently that Princeton club is the happiest to ignore their members and continue to take their money! After my wife and I were rudely attacked for breaking a “rule” that wasn’t posted (deadlifting off the ground(???)), I followed up about cancelling my membership, since I was asked to leave. Instead of listening to me or trying to find common ground, I was ignored in my request to cancel and again criticized for breaking a non-existent rule. My final response was ignored, and when I blocked them from taking future payments, they underhandedly went to VISA to obtain my payment information. I have since been fraudulently charged over $400! When you sign up for a gym, you want the staff to be aligned in their mission to support your fitness goals and journey. The folks at princeton club are much happier greedily taking your money without your permission. They don’t care about you or your health, just their bottom line. I would give zero stars if I could. A perfect alternative in the area would be Crunch- low rates, some without a contract at all, friendly staff, and all the best equipment. If you value yourself, your time, and your hard-earned money, avoid Princeton club at all costs!
Darnell does an incredible job keeping Princeton Club Express McFarland running smoothly. The gym is always clean, organized, and welcoming. He creates a friendly atmosphere and goes above and beyond to ensure members’ needs are met. His responsiveness and professionalism stand out, as does his effort to continuously improve the gym based on feedback. Whether it’s maintaining equipment, resolving issues quickly, or providing support, Darnell is truly committed to the members’ experience. I highly recommend Princeton Club Express under Darnell’s management—it’s a fantastic place for anyone to achieve their fitness goals.
