The best women inspired kickboxing gym around ! The owner Molly is so patient not only for newbie and experienced kickboxers but also when kiddos come for the younger classes !
I love coming to classes at knockouts! Molly is so friendly and welcoming and always takes time to explain the different punches and kicks. I enjoy the variety of the different combinations and moves she teaches so no class is the same! Molly is also super flexible with how you sign up and what classes you come to so it can hopefully work with lots of different schedules. This gym is awesome!
The best experience I've ever had with a gym setting. Molly and the environment are so inviting and comfortable. Even if you walk in having no idea what you're doing! She helps you understand the moves and makes sure you're doing them correctly. You also get a heck of a workout 💪 it is an amazing place!!!
Incredible space and owners. Molly and Mike make everyone feel welcome and included no matter your experience. Couldn't recommend this place more!
I was worried about my 10 year old nurodivergent son with no level of fitness starting class. Molly the owner assured me it was beginner friendly and he would get the help he needed! I can say with confidence my son has made friends, got healthier, and has fun at every class!
