If I could give a 0 I would. Owner never responds to texts about a big refund he promised. Place looks like a dungeon. Very dirty. Enter at your own risk
This is the best gym I have ever been to. Everything is first class from the MMA training center, boxing gym, fitness center, yoga studio, and shake bar. The free weight area is incredible - Rogue fitness equipment including deadlift platforms/rubber weights, etc. The MMA and boxing coaching team is world class, and there are also personal trainers and massage therapists on-site. It's also the cleanest gym I've ever been to. But the best thing is the atmosphere, it is a supportive environment where everyone is there to encourage and help each other. The only negative thing I've ever heard are from reviews of people spreading negativity who did not follow the code of conduct and were ultimately dismissed from the gym. The environment is supportive, positive, and encouraging , and the ownership and coaching staff ensures that all of our members and partners are treated respectfully. Whether you are looking to get in better shape, learn self-defense, or compete, this is the place to be.
I only write reviews from my honest perspective and personally detest being involved in negativity, that being said I feel obligated to warn you reading this. Listen to the other reviews. The owner is really a lowlife, his own staff doesn't have a single good thing to say about him, all the equipment is tattered and old. The gym is a failure. Anything that deteriorates is simply left to do so. His own staff will tell you the singular thing he cares about is money. There is no real boxers available to teach anyone anything. This gym is a lie and a cash grab for Rick who genuinely is just a greedy person. I wrote this review, purely to save anyone considering joining this farcical nonsense, the time and money it will cost you. Speaking of he will charge you more than most commercial gyms and no one even sweeps the floors. Join at your own risk but I assure you, you'll feel foolish for having done so.
The gym owner was pretty friendly at first, but got very persistent and lied a lot as I got to know him. I was constantly being texted to come to classes because he wanted me to help teach, despite me having just learned boxing and recovering from injuries. All of his equipment is super old or doesn’t work. When I finally ended my membership the owner acted very unprofessional and hasn’t even been able to pay a simple $40 deposit back. I know of several other people he took financial advantage of and even double charged accounts several times. I never give bad reviews, but something had to be said about this place. I’m truly shocked that such an unprofessional place is still in business.
Had a great experience using the gym, until I moved and canceled my membership. The owner didn’t respond to multiple messages about me leaving, and continued to charge me the month after I was gone, and never gave a key fob deposit back. After messages with no response about getting my payment back, I had to put a stop pay to stop it all… if they would message me back and handle it professionally I’d change my review to my actual experience of 5 stars.
